Every BoggleBeanie is custom made specifically for each customer. Because of this, please allow time for your order to be crafted before it ships.
Production & Shipping Timeline
- Production Time: Approximately 1–2 weeks
- Shipping Time: Approximately 7–15 business days
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: Approximately 3–4 weeks
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to manufacturing schedules, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days after they are placed. Once your order enters processing, it is scheduled for production and can no longer be canceled or refunded.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Most domestic orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment. In rare cases, customs processing or carrier delays may extend delivery times to up to 30 days.
Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.
International Shipping
We also ship internationally. International orders typically arrive within 7–20 business days after shipment. Depending on your country's customs process or local carrier, delivery may take up to 30 days in rare circumstances.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you experience a shipping issue, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to fulfill every order as quickly as possible, shipping times may be affected by weather, holidays, customs inspections, postal disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Please allow up to 30 days after shipment for your order to arrive before contacting our support team regarding a missing package.
