Refund policy

At BoggleBeanie, every product is custom made specifically for each customer. Because our products are made to order, all purchases are considered final.

No Refunds

Once an order has been placed, production is scheduled and materials are allocated specifically for your order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once your order has entered processing.

Orders typically begin processing within 3–4 business days after they are placed. During this processing window, your order is prepared for production and can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us before your order enters processing. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellations once production has been scheduled.

If your order has already begun processing (typically 3–4 business days after purchase), we are unable to issue a refund because your custom item is already being produced.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Delays

Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays that are outside of our control, including delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
